Refund policy

When a service fee may be refunded

This policy explains when the service fee may be eligible for a refund and when it is not. The separate government fee, if paid, is handled independently from our service fee and may not be refundable through us.

Eligible scenarios

  • • Duplicate payment for the same service request.
  • • A technical issue on our side prevents any service work from starting.
  • • A cancellation is requested before the application is reviewed.

Not refundable

  • • Completed reviews, prepared documents, or submitted application support.
  • • Missed messages, delayed replies, or incomplete client information.
  • • Any separate fee charged by the travel administration process.

Timing

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card provider or payment network.

How to request a refund
