Refund policy
This policy explains when the service fee may be eligible for a refund and when it is not. The separate government fee, if paid, is handled independently from our service fee and may not be refundable through us.
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card provider or payment network.
Our service fee pays for guidance, review, and support. It does not guarantee a travel outcome. Please read the application details carefully before paying.
